"I rarely write reviews, but this experience genuinely pushed me to speak up. My interaction with Progressive was incredibly frustrating. I felt like I was left in the dark the entire time. Communication was either unclear or completely absent, and the overall tone I received came across as dismissive and unkind. When you’re dealing with insurance issues, the last thing you need is to feel like you’re chasing answers or that your concerns don’t matter. Unfortunately, that’s exactly how this felt. In complete contrast, my experience with State Farm was a massive relief. Seth Porter stepped in and completely changed the situation for me. From the very beginning, he was patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain things clearly, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and most importantly, made me feel like someone was actually on my side. The difference in professionalism and basic human kindness was night and day. If you value clear communication, respect, and feeling like you’re treated like a person rather than a problem, I cannot recommend Seth Porter at State Farm enough. That level of service and care is rare, and it made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to handle."

"Went from paying $2,500 every 6 months with GEICO on two cars to paying $816 every 6 months. Thayne did a great job getting me covered and saved me a ton of money. Also added a 5th motorcycle to my policy and somehow stayed at the same amount I was paying at GEICO for 4 motorcycles. Great prices. Would highly recommended."
